Cape Cod Business Advisory Think Tanks

TopMotto peer advisory Business Think Tanks are invitation-only peer advisory groups for Cape Cod business owners and not-for-profit executive leaders who want to think bigger and grow bigger together. Every think tank is facilitated by a TopMotto business consultant and includes access to analyst-grade research, consulting hours, and blueprints to help run and grow a successful organization.

“Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.”

-Solomon

TopMotto’s Cape Cod Business Think Tanks are organized by business stage. Members in the same think tank face decisions of similar scale and complexity. Within each group, industries are mixed and related so the perspectives you get are broader and confidentiality is maintained. Think tanks meet formally once per month but consultants and peers speak regularly to get feedback on ideas and solve business challenges as they arise.
